38mm Smooth Black Flip-Top Cap

This is the 38mm Smooth Black Flip-Top Cap for our plastic squeezy sauce bottles. This screw cap has a protective flip-top cover which reveals a 10mm valve opening. This opening helps control the dispensing of product, whilst the valve provides an airtight seal and helps keep the cap clean.

The cap comes with an induction heat seal (IHS) liner. This liner has a foil layer, which adheres to the bottle neck when used with an induction sealer, creating an airtight, leak-proof seal. This is great for helping prolong your product's shelf-life. However, the cap doesn't have to be used with an induction sealer - it can be screw onto the bottle and used as a regular flip top cap.
